JOB DETAILS:

· Practice type: Inpatient and Surgery Center

· Trauma Level: Level 1 Trauma

· Shift hours: 7a - 4p

· Call required?/Rotation or Schedule: Call TBD

· Schedule: Monday-Friday

· Specific Dates Open:

• Types of Cases: Orthopedic, appendectomies. no brain, no spine. OB is a plus but not required.
• Patient population/caseload: Need to be comfortable with level I trauma.
  
• Supervision? Ratio: No supervision of CRNA's
  
• EMR: Cerner
• Credentialing: 30 days minimum
• Licensing: Active IN license
• Required Certifications/Cred Items: BC or BE- truly board eligible.
• Orientation: One day EMR training, one day shadow shift. Paid at regular hourly rate
