LOCATION: HUMBOLDT COUNTY, CA * *

JOB NUMBER: 45835 * *

DESCRIPTION:

· Outpatient clinics – all ages

· 18 minimum patients per day,

· Includes some Chronic Pain Management

· No rounding required

· Mix of peds/adults

· Chart closure within 72 hours

REQUIRED:

· CA state license; active, unrestricted (preferred)

· Pas must have CA Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate

· NPs must have Furnishing License with Schedules II

· Must have 2 to 3 years of experience

· Active DEA before start

· BLS and PALS

COMPENSATION:

· Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)

· Malpractice insurance provided

SCHEDULE:

· 40 hours per week | Mon-Fri 8a-5p | No Call
