Great facility in Flagstaff, AZ needs anesthesiology locums ASAP!

**$290/HR**

  • Start Date: 3/6/2023
  • Contract Length: 5 months, ongoing
  • Shift Details: 7a-7p
  • Schedule: message me for full schedule
  • Support Staff: CRNAs
  • Patients per day: 50-60
  • Department Description: Comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo. 1 provider is assigned to OB each day – this will not be a locum.
  • EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
  • Hospital Bed size: 11 OR’s in main hospital. 2 in the ambulatory center
  • Special Procedures: Locums do not medically direct CRNAs
Practice Setting:
• Ambulatory Surgery Center
• Hospital

Requirements:
· Board Certification: BC or BE in Anesthesiology required
· License Required: Active AZ license
· Certifications Required: ACLS, PALS

Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
