Call is in house 2:30pm-7:15am
All days needed M-Su
What support staff is available - Anesthesiologists, LPN, Nursing Staff, administrative, Anesthesia techs, 3 NPs
Age of patients - 1 year of age upwards
Please clearly include provider's availability/preference
Please clearly outline your provider's experience level with EPIC
