• Required Procedures: General Surgical cases (adult, peds, neonatal), Minor Nerve Blocks, IV regional anesthesia, plexus anesthesia, spinal, epidural, regional, OB, Neurosurgical, Vent Management, Local Infiltration, Central line, Arterial line, PA Catheter. Sporadic Acute and Chronic cases.
• Other Info:
- Provider will not be responsible for preparing the Anesthesia Cart
- Provider will evaluate and manage acute volume/BP issues
• EMR: Meditech
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
• Emergency Credentialing: Available only if the cred file/background is 100% clean
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

• Active VA license
• BC
• BLS, ACLS, ATLS & PALS
