- 358,000 Base salary ($550,000 total package)
- 30,000 Quality incentive (pd quarterly)
- After hours (4:00pm)250/hr
- Post call 1,600/day
- General call 1,500/day
- Cardiac call 400/day
- Backup call 100/day
- 40 days PTO
- 60k sign on (30k at start and 30k after 2 years)
- 10k relocation
- 12,500 annual CME allowance
- 2 hospitals and 2 ASCs to work from and all in San Angelo, TX
