PRACTICE:

- 12 Anesthesiologist in practice.

- Average about 40 hours per week.

- 1:12 24-hour in-house call.

- Call today is 1:12, but the goal is 1:14.

- No Heads/Pain/Trauma/Hearts.

- Mostly supervision of either 3 or 4 CRNAs

- When on call you will be doing your cases.

FINANCIAL:

- Docs get a base salary of $405K.

- Profit sharing of 7%.

- 1 week CME, eight weeks’ vacation.
