-Duration: June - September (potential for extension or conversion to permanent)

-Location: near Morgantown, WV (100 miles south of Pittsburgh, PA)

-

-Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7a-3p

-Weekend call: Saturday 8-12 cases, Sunday emergent cases only

-Surgical services include very busy ortho and general surgery services as well as urology, vascular, thoracic (no open hearts), neurosurgery (spine only). 1000 annual deliveries. Regional blocks for total knee and some shoulder.

-EMR: Epic

-Group: 6 Anesthesiologists and 33 CRNA’s

-Hospital: 300 bed hospital, 248K capture area, Level IV Trauma level, University Affiliated

>13 OR’s, 4 Endo suites and 1 Special Procedure room

-Required: Board certified or board eligible with West Virginia license or compact license
