LOCATION NOTE (suburb of Dayton, OH)
- Start: As soon as credentialed
- shifts: Monday - Friday: 7a-3p, 7a-5p, 7a-7p, 7p-7a / Saturday/Sunday: 7a-7a
- On -Call Schedule: both in house and pager; pager is 7p-7a on weekdays and 7a-7a on weekends; in house is treated as scheduled shift
- No off day after first call
- 312 Med/Surg beds
- 28 ORs
- 28 anesthesia suites
- Level II trauma
- Cases: Cardiac, Thoracic, Obstetric, Peds, Ortho, Neuro, Trauma, Gen Surg, GI, CC Medicine, Acute pain Svc, Major Vascular, Otpt Surgery, TEE
