- Date of Coverage: Ongoing - 2027
- Practice Setting (Pain Management Clinic/Surgical Center/Hospital-Based): Hospital-Based Operating Rooms
- Schedule (Shifts and Hours): 0700–1530 Monday through Friday
- Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 50–60
- Will the Locum Tenens Physician be Required to Supervise CRNAs? (Please Explain): Yes, a mix of practicing solo and supervising CRNAs in a care team model
- Patient Age Demographic (Adolescent, Child, Adult, Geriatric): Neonatal to Adult
Facility Information:
- Trauma Level/Designation: ACS Level 1 Trauma Center
- Number of Anesthesiologists in Practice: 22
- Number of Operating Rooms: 14
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified Pediatric Anesthesiology Board [Required]
- BLS, ACLS, PALS [Required]
- Procedures [Required]: General Surgical Cases NEONATAL, General Surgical Cases PEDIATRIC, General Surgical Cases ADULT
- Procedures [Required]: Thoracic Cases (Except Open Heart), Complex Orthopedic Cases
- Procedures [Required]: Neurosurgical Cases, Ventilation Management
- Pain Management Procedures [Preferred]
- Active OH License - [Highly Preferred ]
Qualifying questions:
- Are you willing to provide full-time or 1-2 week continuous coverage
- Are you a Board Certified Physician
- Do you have a License in OH and IMLC
