- Practice Setting (Pain Management Clinic/Surgical Center/Hospital Based): Hospital Based Operating Rooms
- Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 50–60
- Average Number of Pain Management Cases: 0
- Will the Locum Tenens Physician be Required to Supervise CRNAs? (Please Explain): Yes, a mix of practicing solo and supervising CRNAs in a care team model
- Will the Locum Tenens Physician be Responsible for Preparing the Anesthesia Cart? No
- Patient Age Demographic (Adolescent, Child, Adult, Geriatric): Neonatal to Adult
