• 🛏️ Hospital Size: ~298 beds
• 💻 EMR: Epic

⏰ Schedule & Coverage

• 🧑‍⚕️ Care Team Model: 1 MD : 2 CRNAs
• ⚖️ Supervision: 50% medically directed / 50% solo
• 📊 Case Mix: ~800 cases/month
• 🧒 Patient Mix: 60% sick / 40% healthy

🩺 Case Types & Responsibilities

• General Surgery, Orthopedics, GU, ENT & Dental cases
• Gradual exposure from simple to complex pediatric cases
• 🫀 Opportunity to handle pediatric cardiac (Cath/EP) if experienced
• 🚫 No liver or multivisceral transplants

Procedures Include:

• 💉 IV placement
• 🧠 Regional anesthesia (preferred, not required)

🏥 Work Environment

• Cross-credentialing across multiple hospital sites
• Supportive team-based anesthesia model 🤝
• Opportunity to work alongside experienced clinical leadership

✅ Requirements

• ✔️ Board Certified (Required – no BE)
• ✔️ Active Florida License
• ✔️ Pediatric Fellowship Required
• ✔️ Minimum 2 years of experience (no new grads)
• ✔️ Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
