Pediatric Anesthesiology Fellowship REQUIRED

Must meet pediatric/neonate case log requirements for credentialing:

OB credentials at CHOSA: 15 OB cases required

Neonate credentials (less than 60 weeks old) at CHOSA: 15 neonate cases required
