Location: 90 min. from Columbus, OH
Facility: Hospital; 14 rooms
Setting: Hospital-based Operating rooms, ACS Level 1 trauma rating
Schedule: Weekday; dayshift
Practice Details: average surgical cases per day 50-60, supervision of CRNAs, annual ER volume 70,000
Required Procedures: general surgical cases, neonatal, pediatric, adult, thoracic (except open heart), complex orthopedic cases, neurosurgical cases, ventilation management
Certifications: BC, BLS, ACLS, PALS, active OH license
