Medical Search International has an urgent Pediatric Anesthesia locum tenens opportunity in Columbia SC area. Please see the below practice description and contact me to discuss the opportunity in detail.
Pediatric Anesthesiologist BC
Location: Columbia SC
Excellent Compensation
Contract Length: 6 months
Shift Details: 6:45a - 5p Mon - Fr; Sat & Sun 7a - 7p; Call varies by the week
Schedule:
Work Details:
Support staff: 2 NPs, 1 RN, 40 CRNAs
Amount of coverage needed per month: Full Time
Patients per day: TBD
Patient population/age: Peds - Adult
MD required to supervise all CRNAs and sign off on APP documentation.
EMR: EPIC
Hospital bed size: 641, 28 ORs
Trauma Level 1
Need active SC state license
Skills required: Central line placement, Arterial line placement, Eval and mgmt. of acute volume/BP issues. PA Catheter placement not required. Preference is for someone that can see PEDS and Adults.
Practice Setting: : Hospital
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 - 120 days - Open to expedited privileging
All expenses are covered travel, lodging, malpractice insurance etc.
