Trauma Level 1
Shift Details: 6:45a – 5p Mon – Fr; Sat & Sun 7a – 7p; Call varies by the week
Schedule:
Work Details:
• Support staff: 2 NPs, 1 RN, 40 CRNAs
• Amount of coverage needed per month: Full Time
• Patients per day: TBD
• Patient population/age: Peds - Adult
• Department description: MD required to supervise all CRNAs and sign off on APP documentation. 28 ORs
• EMR: EPIC
• Hospital bed size: 641
• Skills required: Central line placement, Arterial line placement, Eval and mgmt. of acute volume/BP issues. PA Catheter placement not required. Preference is for someone that can see PEDS and Adults.
Practice Setting:
• Hospital
Requirements:
• Board Certification: BC
• State license required: SC-Will license
• DEA: Y
• CSR: Y
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Minimum experience required: 2 years
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 - 120 days - Open to expedited privileging
