JOB SPECS:
~ Hospital outpatient clinic
~ No call
~ New Patients office visits
~ Follow Up office Visits

REQUIRED:
~ KY state license; active, unrestricted
~ BE/BC; Anes or PM&R
~ DEA

COMPENSATION:
~ $150 to $170 / hr (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, etc.)
~ Housing and travel included
~ Malpractice with tail provided

SCHEDULE:
~ 2 days per week (no Mondays) | 7:30a to 5:30p
