• Seeking a board certified anesthesiologist with fellowship training in pain medicine

• Open to 2027 graduates

• Fully remote telemedicine opportunity

• Optional in-person clinic sessions at the organization’s New York locations

• Full-time or part-time opportunities available

• Part-time candidates must be available at least three days per week

• Flexible scheduling

• Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and ongoing management of chronic pelvic pain within a multidisciplinary women’s health practice

• Treat conditions including:

  • Endometriosis-related pain

  • Pelvic floor dysfunction

  • Neuropathic pelvic pain, including pudendal neuralgia

  • Interstitial cystitis/bladder pain syndrome

• Develop evidence-based, multimodal treatment plans, prioritizing non-opioid and appropriate adjuvant therapies

• Provide ongoing virtual follow-up and treatment adjustments

• Collaborate with OB/GYN, urology, pelvic floor physical therapy, and behavioral health providers

• Coordinate referrals for in-person evaluation or interventional procedures when indicated

• Support from care coordinators and established clinical infrastructure

• EMR: eClinicalWorks (eCW)

• MD or DO required

• Active, unrestricted New York medical license and active DEA registration required

• Experience managing chronic pain required; pelvic pain experience preferred

• Telemedicine experience and familiarity with complex pelvic pain syndromes preferred

• Maintain timely documentation and comply with applicable New York telehealth and prescribing requirements
