Job description A nationally recognized, physician-led healthcare organization is actively seeking Interventional Pain Management Physicians to join their expanding network of outpatient surgery centers across Ohio, Indiana, Colorado, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for fellowship-trained or nearly completed Pain Management physicians to grow in a high-demand specialty, supported by a collaborative, patient-focused team.

Job Title: Interventional Pain Management Physician
Locations: Austin TX, Denver CO, Minneapolis, MN, Nashville, TN and Louisville KY
Schedule: Mon- Fri, 40 hrs./week
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: Competitive pay + Sign-On bonus + Re-location allowance + Full-benefits

Job Responsibilities

Immediate openings with flexible start dates

Practice in accredited ambulatory surgery centers

Mentorship and structured training environment for early-career physicians

Hands-on training in advanced interventional procedures, including:

• Cervical, thoracic, and lumbosacral injections

• Epidural steroid injections (lumbar, cervical, transforaminal)

• Medial branch/facet joint blocks and neurotomy

• Discography

• Spinal cord stimulation (SCS) / neuromodulation

• Radiofrequency ablation (RFA)

• Dorsal root ganglion (DRG) stimulation

• Basivertebral nerve ablation (Intracept procedure)

• Botox (botulinum toxin) injections

• Trigger point injections

• GT (greater trochanter) bursa injections

• Hypogastric plexus block / superior hypogastric plexus block

• Kyphoplasty / vertebroplasty

• Minimally invasive lumbar decompression (MILD)

• Sacroiliac joint (SIJ) injections

• Sacroiliac joint fusion

• Peripheral nerve stimulation (PNS)

• Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy

• Stem cell therapy

• Bracing and supportive orthotic interventions

• Medication management for chronic pain

Emphasis on minimizing opioid use through customized, multidisciplinary treatment plans

Focused on clinical excellence in a private-practice style setting without administrative burdens

Qualifications

Completion of or current enrollment in an ACGME-accredited Pain Fellowship

ABA Board Certified/Eligible in Anesthesiology or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation

ABA Board Certified/Eligible in Interventional Pain Management

Active or in-process state licensure for employment location

Strong desire to provide patient-centered care and grow a clinical practice

Excellent communication, bedside manner, and decision-making skills
