Interventional Pain Management in Lafayette, Indiana


Join a physician-owned pain management group where efficiency, autonomy, and procedural focus are built into the practice model. This full-time role offers ASC access, strong clinical support, and a clear path to ownership, making it an excellent option for physicians who want meaningful control over their work and long-term growth in a high-demand market.


Practice Details


  • Join 3 physicians, 3 NPs, and a contracted spine surgeon across multiple clinics
  • High-efficiency workflow with scribes, dedicated MAs, and centralized scheduling
  • Full ASC access for SCS/implants, pumps, epidurals, EMGs, and a broad procedural scope
  • Strong referral base and minimal competition with a 4-8 week booking window

Schedule


  • Four-day workweek, 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m., no nights, weekends, or call
  • Two procedure days, two clinic days, and one remote admin day
  • Clinic visits typically 8:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m. for smooth wrap-up
  • Flexibility to grow procedural volume as desired

Compensation & Benefits


  • Two-year base guarantee with additional RVU bonuses

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Management
