Join a physician-owned interventional pain management group that prioritizes efficiency, autonomy, and true work-life balance. This is a full-time Interventional Pain position with a strong focus on interventional procedures; offering a turnkey setup with ASC access, scribes, and robust support. Practice Overview
- You'll join a physician-led team with 3 MDs, 3 NPs, and a contracted spine surgeon across multiple Indiana clinic sites
- High-efficiency model with scribes (1:15 ratio), dedicated MAs, and centralized scheduling/authorizations
- ASC access with full interventional suite: SCS/implants, pain pumps, epidurals, EMGs, and everything else you want to do!
- Minimal local competition and strong primary care referral network keeps schedules full (4-8 week booking window)
Schedule
- Four-day workweek: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; no nights, weekends, or call
- 2 procedure days, 2 clinic days, and 1 non-clinical admin day (remote only)
- Procedure days can and will increase as you ramp up!
- Clinic patients typically scheduled 8:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m. to allow time for wrap-up
- Practice encourages growth in procedural volume with flexibility to expand scope
Compensation & Benefits
- 2-year guaranteed base ($450K-$550K) with RVU bonuses above 7,000 threshold
- Top Physicians are earning well over $750,000/year
- Every physician beats their RVU threshold and bonuses
- RVU-based model in year 3 with tiered increases up to $51/wRVU
- ASC buy-in available after 2 years (60% ROI projected)
- Full benefits: 4 weeks PTO, $2,400 CME, occurrence-based malpractice, 401k with 3% match, sign-on and relocation reimbursement
Candidate Requirements
- Board certified or eligible
- Interest in ASC-based procedures strongly preferred
- Team-oriented mindset and comfort in a high-efficiency practice model
