Job description

West Tennessee Bone and Joint Institute is seeking a BC/BE fellowship interventional pain physician to join another interventional pain physician.

  • Robust single specialty orthopedic group
  • Competitive compensation and excellent benefits package
  • Join a well-trained team of providers working in a collegial environment
  • 4 day work week and no hospital call
  • Procedures include injections and minimally invasive procedures:
    • Spinal cord stimulation
    • Implantation of intrathecal pain pump
    • Percutaneous disc decompression for herniated discs
    • The mild® (minimally invasive lumbar decompression) procedure
    • Lumbar vertebroplasty and kyphoplasty for vertebral compression fractures

“Unique interventional pain management opportunity working with a well-established and well-known institute that is independent and free standing. State-of-the-art equipment is standard as well as access to our own surgery center. The practice consists of highly competent, well-trained providers working in a collegial environment. I believe the autonomy associated opportunities are fairly unique in today's healthcare environment.” -Eric Homberg, M.D.
