Position Overview
We are seeking a board-certified Interventional Pain Management Physician (Anesthesiologist or Physiatrist) to join our established outpatient practice with over 25 years of experience and seven locations across South Carolina. This is a procedure-only role with no new patient consults, follow-ups, or medication management.
You’ll have full access to a fully equipped in-office procedure suite with fluoroscopy and RF generator, supported by a dedicated team including a pain-trained C-arm rad tech, nurse, and medical assistant. Physicians comfortable with high-volume procedural work (25–30 cases/day) will thrive in this setting.
Clinical Scope

Cervical, thoracic, lumbar epidural steroid injections

Facet blocks & radiofrequency ablation

SI joint injections, joint injections

Spinal cord stimulator trials

Kyphoplasty

Advanced nerve blocks: stellate, celiac, lumbar sympathetic, ganglion impar, superior hypogastric, occipital, gasserian
Practice Details

Setting: Outpatient freestanding offices with in-office procedure suites
-
Patient Population: Adults with acute and chronic pain

Support Staff: Dedicated team including C-arm rad tech, nurse, and MA

EMR: eClinicalWorks

Medication Management: Handled by separate providers
-
Compliance: Strict protocols including PDMP checks, drug testing, and low-dose opioid policy (average 40–50 MME)
Candidate Requirements

Board-certified in Anesthesiology or PM&R
-
Fellowship-trained in Interventional Pain Management preferred

South Carolina medical license required (client will assist with licensing)

Proficient with EHR systems

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Comfortable with high-volume injections and compliance-based medication protocols
