• Location: Northern IA
• Facility: 400-bed Hospital
• Coverage Dates: ASAP, Sporadic
• Schedule: Generally MWF 6:45 - 3:15, T TH 7:15 - 3:45 Starting times may vary depending upon surgery schedule
• Case: Adult, Ped’s, minor nerve blocks, IV regional anesthesia, spinal anesthesia, epidural anesthesia, obstetrical cases, neurosurgical cases, open heart anesthesia, thoracic cases, complex vascular cases, complex orthopedic cases, central line, arterial line
• Setting: Inpatient, hospital, Cerner charting – some paper, Trauma Level II
• Must be IA licensed and Board, TEE, IA CSR, DEA, BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certified
• Malpractice, travel and credentialing are taken care of on your behalf
