A Cardiac Anesthesiology opportunity is available within a rapidly growing cardiovascular program offering high-acuity case exposure and strong multidisciplinary support. This position provides the opportunity to join an established team as the program continues to expand, including the addition of an additional cardiac surgeon. Physicians will work across a broad range of cardiac, vascular, thoracic, and Cath lab cases within a collaborative and well-supported environment. The practice utilizes a supervision-heavy model with dedicated cardiac CRNA support, allowing for efficient and high-quality care delivery. With strong infrastructure and increasing procedural volume, physicians can step into an active and evolving program. Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights

• $700,000 guaranteed salary with strong long-term earning stability
• $50,000 sign-on bonus (negotiable)
• 8 weeks PTO plus 1 week CME
