A premier inpatient cardiac program in Silverdale, Washington is seeking a skilled Locum Cardiac Anesthesiologist for scheduled 2025 coverage blocks. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice advanced cardiac anesthesia in a modern, state-of-the-art facility—while enjoying waterfront living, mountain views, and seamless access to Seattle by ferry.

If you're fellowship-trained in cardiac anesthesia and TEE certified, this assignment offers high-acuity cases, structured scheduling, and premium compensation in one of the Pacific Northwest’s most scenic regions.

🏥 Practice Setting

• Inpatient hospital environment

• 1–2 Cardiac ORs

• 1 EP Lab

• 1 Structural Interventional Lab

• EMR: Epic

• No CRNA supervision required

• Additional anesthesiologist on-site

❤️ Cardiac Case Mix (2–5 cases/week – guaranteed cardiac volume)

• CABG

• Mitral valve (MV)

• Aortic valve (AV)

• TAVR

• LAAC

• Maze procedures

• Atrial fibrillation ablations

No cardiac or liver transplants. No general cases if cardiac volume is light.

📅 Schedule & Open Dates

Shift Structure:

• Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Friday–Sunday: 24-hour call (6:00 AM – 6:00 AM)

• 1 weeknight call per week

• 1 weekend per month

2025 Coverage Blocks:

• 6/15–6/18 (6a–4p) + 6/19 (6a)–6/22 (6a)

• 7/6–7/9 (6a–4p) + 7/10 (6a)–7/13 (6a)

• 7/13–7/16 (6a–4p) + 7/17 (6a)–7/20 (6a)

• 8/3–8/6 (6a–4p) + 8/7 (6a)–8/10 (6a)

• 8/10–8/13 (6a–4p) + 8/14 (6a)–8/17 (6a)

• Board Certified in Anesthesiology

• Board Certified in Echocardiography

• TEE Certified

• Cardiac Anesthesiology Fellowship

• Active Washington License OR IMLC

• BLS, ACLS, DEA
