Asheville, NC hospital is seeking a Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join their team. Cardiac fellowship trained physicians are preferred, but experienced and not fellowship trained candidates will also be considered. Cardiac team shares call equally (1:6) from home with no in-house call responsibility. Weekend and holiday cardiac call is also shared equally by the group. Second busiest program in the state. 1400 bypass annually, 300-400 lung cases, TAVR, LVAD, ECMO, and lots of valves. Physicians supervise cardiac specialty CRNAs.. Competitive salary and excellent benefits package including health, dental, vision and more. Base salary is for 41.5 hours/week 42 weeks annually with the option to earn more picking up additional shifts.
