We are seeking a Board-Certified, Fellowship-Trained Cardiac Anesthesiologist for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity in Jupiter, FL. This is a high-acuity cardiac-focused role with a well-established care team and MD-only weekend coverage.

Care Model: Mix of solo MD and care team model

Weekend Coverage: MD-only (Friday–Sunday, home or hotel call within 30 minutes)

Full-Time Model Reference: 2 weeks on / 1 week off (weekday + weekend call)

Primary Focus: Cardiac

Aortic surgery

Advanced EP ablations

Watchman procedures

TEE required (25–30 cardiac cases/month with TEE exams)

OB (C-sections required; epidural skills helpful but not required)

Job Responsibilities
TEE (Certification required)
Arterial lines
Central venous catheters
Pulmonary artery catheters
Regional anesthesia

26 CRNAs
12 MD Anesthesiologists
📅 Schedule
Weekdays: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Weekend Call: 24-hour call Friday–Sunday
Weekend Requirement: 1 weekend per month
Some weekday call required
📝 Requirements
Completed Cardiac Fellowship
TEE Certified
Board Certified
Active Florida Medical License (required prior to presentation)
Active DEA
ACLS, BLS, PALS
