• Collegial and experienced team - providers have been with the group 10+ years
• 168 shifts per year: 4-day workweek, 11 weeks off
• Epic EMR
• Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
• Competitive first year package of $785,000+, including a $100,000 starting bonus
