JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Licenses: Arkansas medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certifications: - Board Certified/Board Eligible in Anesthesiology - Cardiac anesthesia training or equivalent experience, or TEE certification
  • Experience: Prior cardiac anesthesia experience preferred
  • Other Qualifications: - Commitment to clinical excellence and teamwork - Interest in joining a community-focused, high-quality healthcare organization

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide anesthesia services for cardiac procedures and general surgery cases
  • Collaborate with Cath Lab staff, cardiac teams, and surgical departments

  • Maintain patient safety and procedural accuracy across varied settings
  • Engage in continuous improvement and clinical excellence initiatives
