• Shifts needed to be filled:
- Jul 28 - Aug 1
- Aug 11-15, 18-22
- Sep 1-5
- Oct 13 week, Oct 20 week
- Nov 24 week
- Dec 22 - Jan 2
• Shift Schedule: M-W-F; 630a-3p, T-Th; 7a-330p
- Will stay later if help is needed in non-cardiac cases/if cardiac case is not finished.
• Ave. no. of surgical cases per day:
- Cardiac: 1; but not everyday
- General: 5-7 if no cardiac cases
• Patient Demographics: Adolescent, Child, Adult & Geriatric.
• Physicians in Practice: 6
• Support Staff: CRNA students
• Duties:
- Mostly solo cases but they do have CRNA students rotating through; Cardiac anesth needs to be okay w/ students in the OR w/ them.
- If no cardiac surgeries scheduled, would be expected to take on general cases until the next scheduled heart case.
- If there is any supervision/direction, the partners will oversee it.
• Required Procedures: Must be able to read, interpret & bill TEE procedures, NOT just the placement of probe.
• Trauma Level: II
• No. of ORs: 8
• EMR: Cerner; moving to Epic & some paper
• Other Info:
- Rarely, may need to oversee CRNAs at the ASC if no cardiac cases are scheduled & a physician is needed at ASC location.
- Very sick children are sent to other hospitals better staffed/equipped for children.

Requirements:
• Active IA license or IMLC (w LOQ)
• BC/BE (in Cardiac Anesth)
• TEE certification
• BLS, ACLS, PALS
• COVID vaccination proof
• Available on the dates needed
• Cardiac fellowship (preferred)
