A hospital in Northwest Washington State, across the Puget Sound from Seattle, is looking for a Cardiac Anesthesiologist for full time, locum coverage starting as May or June. Providers with consistent part-time availability should also apply!
- HIGHLY COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION!
- Full travel expenses covered (flights, lodging, car & fuel or mileage).
- Pre-paid Med Mal Ins is covered.
- Target Start: As soon as credentialed / Targeting May/June.
- Duration: May/June through August, ongoing.
- Shift Schedule/Hours: Mon-Fri, 6a-4:30p.
- Call: 1 night per week (after shift ends), and 1 weekend/month. Call ends at 6a the following day.
- Average Callback: 3 hours.
- Setting: Hospital.
- Inpatient.
- 1-2 Cardiac OR's.
- 1 EP Lab.
- 1 Structural Interventional Lab.
- Cardiac Cases Per Week: 2-5.
- Are cardiac cases guaranteed: YES.
- Types of Cases: CABG, mv, av, TAVR, LAAC, maze, afib ablations.
- TEE experienced or Certified: preferred, not required.
- No cardiac or liver transplants
- Will not supervise CRNA.
- Other Anesthesiologist present, but not in the same case.
- Required Procedures: CABG, mv, av, TAVR, LAAC, maze, AFib ablation.
- EMR: Epic.

Job Responsibilities
Are cardiac cases guaranteed: YES.
Types of Cases: CABG, mv, av, TAVR, LAAC, maze, afib ablations
TEE experienced or Certified: preferred, not required
No cardiac or liver transplants
Will not supervise CRNA.
Other Anesthesiologist present, but not in the same case.
Required Procedures: CABG, mv, av, TAVR, LAAC, maze, AFib ablation.
Working Hours
Duration: May/June through August, ongoing.
