- Orientation: $325/hr
- OT: X 1.25 = $406.25/hr
- Holiday: X 1.5 = $487.50/hr
- Nightly Call: $600/night
- 24 hour Call: $3500/24 hours
- Call Back: $406.25/hour after 4 hours gratis
