*Location: Modesto, CA
*Start Date: ASAP / Preferably by October 27th
*End Date: January 27th, with possibility of extensions
*Shifts/Schedule: M-F, 6:30a-4:30p + Nightly Call 4:30p-6:30a + Weekend 24 hour Call
*Requirements:

*Requirements:
*Rates: Very competitive:
- Hourly: $325/hr
- Orientation: $325/hr
- OT: X 1.25 = $406.25/hr
- Holiday: X 1.5 = $487.50/hr
- Nightly Call: $600/night
- 24 hour Call: $3500/24 hours
- Call Back: $406.25/hour after 4 hours gratis
- Travel & lodging provided
- Malpractice Insurance provided
