- Cases: Cardiac, thoracic, and vascular
- 5 CRNA's dedicated to Cardiac cases and 1 CRNA always on call
- Must be BC w/ Kentucky License (KY is part of the IMLC)
- Saturday and Sunday- Emergency Case weekends. Beeper call
- Pay rate= $275-$325. Will cover travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance
- Negotiable weekend and night call rates!
