Start: ASAP after credentialing, emergency privileges
Schedule: M-F, 8s, 10s, 24 HR remote OB Call
Procedures: mixture of admin duties and clinical duties: CV, OB/GYN, General B+B, Blocks, ENT, Peds ENT, Plastics, Podiatry, GI/Endo
Other details: CRNA Supervision, inpatient
Requirements: Board Certified, Unrestricted DEA, TX license
Pay rate: $375/hour + call rates
Maxim benefits: travel/lodging (flight, hotel, rental car) and malpractice insurance
