Hours of Operation:

Office hours are 8:30am – 8pm Monday through Friday, 8:30am – 5pm on Saturday.

Qualifications:

- Medical Degree MD/DO or better

- Unrestricted Washington State Medical License

- Federally Issued DEA license.
