Job Details:
- Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine
- This is a hospital-employed position to include the full scope of primary care (no OB)
- The incoming provider will join another physician and APP in practice
- Employed wRVU model with productivity bonus
- Expected to provide broad scope of primary care including well-child visits, well-woman visits and chronic disease management, as well as general acute care.

- 20-22 Patients Per day
