• Board Eligible or Board Certified
• Need is due to expansion in the Kentucky market
• Employed employment
• will allow our Primary Care Physician to offer comprehensive life-span care from pediatrics to geriatrics
• Several locations you can choose from and can choose from traditional, OP
• Productivity bonus incentive with no cap
• Outpatient
• Monday - Friday
• 15-25 Patients Per day
• Competitive Salary with potential for a bonus based on production
