Medical Oncology & Hematology Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant opening in Hartford Region, CT Full-Time | Outpatient Oncology | Daytime Schedule | Inpatient Consult Option A growing cancer program in the Hartford region of Connecticut is seeking an Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide value-based care primarily in an outpatient medical oncology setting. Opportunity Highlights:
- Medical Oncology and Hematology APP role
- Primarily outpatient cancer care setting
- Coverage may include Hartford-region sites, including Manchester and Avon
- Responsibilities include triage, urgent visits, chemotherapy pre-treatment visits, follow-up appointments, and survivorship care

- Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- Connecticut PA or APRN license, or eligibility
- Certification or eligibility as a PA or Nurse Practitioner
- Oncology experience as a PA, NP, or RN required
- 1+ year of APP experience highly preferred
- Strong triage, patient education, communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
