Oncology Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant opening in Waterford, CT Full-Time | Ambulatory Oncology | Monday-Friday | 40 Hours A growing cancer program in Southeastern Connecticut is seeking an Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide value-based care in an ambulatory oncology setting. Opportunity Highlights:

• Practice-based Oncology APP role
• Provide care across outpatient oncology practices in the East Region, including Waterford and Norwich
• Responsibilities include triage, outpatient oncology management, sick/urgent visits, chemotherapy education visits, infusion follow-up, and survivorship care
• Patient care may include benign hematology visits and bone marrow aspirations

• Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
• Connecticut PA or APRN license, or eligibility
• Certification or eligibility as a PA, FNP, ANP, or AGPCNP
• Chemotherapy/Biotherapy provider card required
• Oncology experience as a PA, NP, or RN preferred
• Strong communication, triage, patient education, and collaboration skills
