OB/GYN Menopause Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant opening in Hartford, CT Full-Time | Outpatient OB/GYN | Menopause Care Focus | No Call A women’s health practice in Hartford, Connecticut is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to provide full-scope outpatient OB/GYN care with a focus on perimenopause, menopause, and midlife women’s health. Opportunity Highlights:
- Full-scope outpatient OB/GYN APP role
- Focus on menopause care, perimenopause management, and midlife women’s health
- Provide evidence-based consultation and follow-up care for patients referred across the system
- Care includes hormone replacement therapy and non-hormonal treatment options
- Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care across the reproductive lifespan
- Clinical scope includes well-woman care, gynecology, obstetrics, family planning, annual exams, contraceptive care, STI screening/treatment, and gynecologic problem visits
- Perform gynecologic procedures, including LARC device insertions
- Opportunity to work with menopause and OB/GYN education leaders
- Opportunity to teach trainees
- Monday-Friday outpatient schedule
- No call required

- Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner/APRN, or Nurse-Midwife
- Graduate of an accredited PA, Nurse Practitioner, or Nurse-Midwifery Master’s program
- Connecticut PA or APRN license, or eligibility
- Certification or eligibility as a PA, APRN, or Certified Nurse-Midwife
- Prior Advanced Practice Provider experience required
- Labor and delivery experience required
- Women’s health experience strongly preferred
- Menopause certification desirable, with support available to obtain certification
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, independence, and collaboration skills
