Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner Opening in TX Located in Fort Worth, TX Position Highlights:

  • Provide reproductive and women’s health care in a family planning health center
  • Examine, diagnose, and treat patients independently and in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
  • Perform initial, annual, follow-up, and problem-focused examinations
  • Provide pregnancy assessments and reproductive health services
  • Administer contraceptive methods, including IUD and subdermal contraceptive insertion and removal
  • Provide STI screening, HIV point-of-care testing, and cervical smears
  • Evaluate obstetric and gynecologic conditions and coordinate referrals when higher-level care is required
  • Provide patient education and preventive care
  • Participate in the on-call schedule
  • Assist with quality control and quality assurance activities
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to clinical staff
  • Work with patients from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds
