Mason City, Iowa has an excellent opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Allergist/Immunologist to join a busy and growing outpatient practice. This role offers outstanding work-life balance with no call responsibilities and strong clinical support.
Position Highlights:
Join 1 established physician seeking a partner to grow the practice
No call responsibilities
100% outpatient practice
Monday–Friday schedule
No nights, weekends, or holidays
Average patient volume: 8–13 patients per day
Busy allergy shot clinic
Treat full age spectrum (pediatric through adult)
In-office Rhinoscopy and Spirometry available
Onsite immunotherapy and IVIG infusion services
Dedicated pharmacy liaison
Experienced allergy-trained clinical staff
Primary service area of approximately 260,000 population
Qualifications:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Allergy & Immunology
Must obtain board certification within 3 years of eligibility
Eligible for Iowa medical licensure
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary: $334,470 annually plus production incentives
$106,000 annual bonus package for first 2 years
