Job description A thriving outpatient allergy practice in Long Island is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Allergist (MD/DO) to join its expanding team. This is a strictly outpatient role offering clinical autonomy, flexible full-time or part-time scheduling, and strong long-term financial growth with partnership potential. Job Responsibilities

• Conduct outpatient consultations for allergic and immunologic conditions
• Evaluate and manage asthma, allergic rhinitis, sinusitis, food allergies, drug allergies, eczema, and immunodeficiency disorders
• Perform and interpret allergy testing (skin prick, patch testing, pulmonary function tests)
• Develop individualized treatment plans including pharmacotherapy and immunotherapy
• Provide ongoing follow-up care and adjust treatment as needed
• Collaborate with primary care physicians and specialists for coordinated care
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Allergy & Immunology
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience preferred
• Active or eligible for New York State medical license
• Strong diagnostic and clinical expertise
• Excellent communication and patient-centered care skills

Working Hours

• Full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time options
• 8-hour shifts
• In-person, outpatient-only practice
