Advanced Practice Provider Walk-In Care

About this role:

As an Advanced Practice Provider in Primary Care, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will:

• Have a 30 Hour Work week with Monday, Tuesday & Friday of each week being your set schedule.

• Your hours will be approximately 27 patient facing contact hours and 3 hours administrative time per week

• You will practice at Fort Lupton Walk-In Clinic near Platte Valley Medical Center in Fort Lupton, Colorado

• No On-Call responsibilities

What you’ll bring:

• APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program

• 2+ Years of Walk-In or Urgent Care Provider Experience

• Board Certification or eligibility in Family Medicine / Primary Care (All Ages)

• Active, unobstructed Colorado medical license, or the ability to obtain one

• Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one

• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process

• Ability to navigate productively in EPIC – our Electronic Health Record
