Job description

Associate Physician – Allergy & Asthma

Become Partner within 2-3 years. Average partner salary will be $700,000

Location: Fort Collins / Northern Colorado

A long-established, multi-site allergy and asthma practice in the Denver–Fort Collins region is seeking a full-time Associate Physician for its Northern Colorado location. This private practice has served the community for 50+ years and offers comprehensive allergy, asthma, and immunology care for adults and children with a warm, inclusive, patient-focused culture.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide specialty care for respiratory, cutaneous, gastrointestinal, and hypersensitivity disorders.
  • Perform diagnostic evaluations: immediate/delayed skin testing, pulmonary function testing (including bronchoprovocation), rhino-laryngoscopy, and imaging review.
  • Oversee Advanced Practice Providers and help grow a busy, full-service allergy practice.
  • Step into an established patient load with significant growth potential.

What the Role Offers

  • 4-day work week.
  • Strong production-based bonus potential and long-term earning upside.
  • Comprehensive insurance/benefits.
  • Relocation assistance available.
  • Clear path to partnership—typically 2–3 years, potentially faster in Fort Collins.
  • Supportive, inclusive clinic culture; excellent professional and operational support.

Ideal Candidate

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Allergy & Immunology (fellows welcome).
  • Earlier-career, ambitious, eager to build a busy practice.
  • Warm, kind, collaborative—fits well with a holistic, team-oriented physician partner; not overly aggressive or domineering.
  • Interested in partnership and practice leadership.

Practice Snapshot

  • 10 physicians, 16 APPs, and 150+ staff across 9 Front Range locations.
  • Physicians typically see 15–25 patients/day; higher volumes rewarded under an “eat what you kill” model.
  • EMR: ModMed (EMA) with “Extract” for antigen management.

Interview Process

  1. Initial meeting with operations and HR leadership (video optional).
  2. Discussion with senior physicians on clinical expectations.
  3. Fit interview with the Fort Collins partner physician.
  4. Final dinner with board members for partnership alignment.
  5. Process can be completed in one week; onsite interviews preferred, with travel support available.

Schedule

  • Four clinical days per week (approximately 8-hour days).
  • Day off is flexible; Mondays and Fridays currently available.

If you’re a compassionate, motivated physician seeking rapid professional growth and a clear path to partnership, this is a strong, high-volume opportunity in a respected Front Range practice.
