- Perform diagnostic evaluations: immediate/delayed skin testing, pulmonary function testing (including bronchoprovocation), rhino-laryngoscopy, and imaging review.
- Oversee Advanced Practice Providers and help grow a busy, full-service allergy practice.

Ideal Candidate
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Allergy & Immunology (fellows welcome).
- Earlier-career, ambitious, eager to build a busy practice.
- Warm, kind, collaborative—fits well with a holistic, team-oriented physician partner; not overly aggressive or domineering.
- Interested in partnership and practice leadership.
Practice Snapshot
- 10 physicians, 16 APPs, and 150+ staff across 9 Front Range locations.
- Physicians typically see 15–25 patients/day; higher volumes rewarded under an “eat what you kill” model.
- EMR: ModMed (EMA) with “Extract” for antigen management.
Interview Process
- Initial meeting with operations and HR leadership (video optional).
- Discussion with senior physicians on clinical expectations.
- Fit interview with the Fort Collins partner physician.
- Final dinner with board members for partnership alignment.
- Process can be completed in one week; onsite interviews preferred, with travel support available.
