Locums | NP/PA Cardiovascular Surgery | Clinic + Call | Camp Hill, PA Why This Role

  • Full-time advanced practice opportunity with a mix of OR, ICU, and clinic responsibilities
  • Collaborative cardiovascular surgery team in a Level 2 trauma facility
  • Flexible 4x10 schedule with light call rotation every 2–3 weekends
Assignment Details Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7a–5p (4x10s preferred) Call Schedule: 5p–7a weeknights; every 2–3 weekends (Fri 5p–Mon 7a, from home) Practice Setting: Inpatient + Outpatient Patients per Day: 2–4 EMR: Cerner Trauma Level: 2 Requirements Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Active Pennsylvania license ACLS and BLS EVH and First Assist experience required Clean history Clinical Details Scope: Full-spectrum cardiovascular surgery APP role supporting OR, ICU, and clinic Responsibilities: - OR first assist and endoscopic vein harvesting (EVH) - Pre- and post-operative management - ICU rounding and patient care coordination - Outpatient follow-ups and procedure prep - Rotating call coverage (home call, not in-house) Equipment: Marquet Support Staff: - 1 MA, 1 APP, 1 office staff Compensation Rates: Facility is accepting bids Malpractice: Provided Travel: Reimbursed
