* Largest group in the area with 4 Physicians and 6 offices
* High patient demand
* EMR: IMS/Meditrab
* Patients Per Day: Typical template is 6-7 initial visits, 12-13 Follow-ups; some flexibility
* Call: split between providers in the region; no in-hospital call - phone calls only

### Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough patient evaluations to diagnose and treat allergies, asthma, and immunological disorders.
* Perform and interpret allergy tests, including skin prick tests, patch tests, and blood tests.
* Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and medical history.
* Prescribe medications, immunotherapy, and other therapeutic interventions to manage allergic conditions.
* Educate patients and their families about allergy triggers, avoidance strategies, and self-management techniques.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including primary care physicians, pulmonologists, and ENT specialists, to provide comprehensive patient care.
* Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
* Stay current with advances in allergy and immunology research, treatment modalities, and industry trends through continuous learning and professional development activities.
