- Primary location will be at hospital in Camp Hill, PA and Secondary location will be at Hershey, PA locaiton.
**Requirements**
- Minimum Board Certification: Certified
- License Requirement: Licensed in PA only
- The Following Certifications Are Required: ACLS, BLS
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60-120 days

**Work Schedule**
- Call Type: Beeper with a 30-minute response time required.
- Provider will be responsible for OR for cardiac surgery, inpatient rounding, outpatient clinic (Two 4-hour sessions per week).
- Skills include coronary artery bypass grafts/endoscopic vessel harvesting, trans-catheter aortic valve replacement, surgical valve repair/replacement, consults, 1st assist.
**Additional Information**
- The primary location will be Holy Spirit and the secondary location will be Hershey Medical Center.
- Coverage includes vacancy due to long-term permanent search.
- Facilities are Level 2 Trauma Center.
