Salary $320k
Paid time off - 20 days (earn 13.34 hours per monthly pay)
Extended time off – eligible for up to 130 days of full salary continuation for personal illness after 6 months of employment
Paid parental and military leave
Paid holidays – Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day
Continuing medical education – 15 days and $4,500 CME funds
Fully paid relocation
401k – Geisinger annually contributes over $15k
